Pillars of Evangelising a Personalisation Program
Running a highly relevant and engaging Personalisation Program is a massive undertaking. To be successful, a program needs active involvement, support and contribution from all teams including business, sales, marketing, CX, customer support, IT and much more. It is a major responsibility for program leads to not only deliver effective personalisation activities, but also promote their program across their business. Here are two pillars that I have leaned on to evangelise my program.
